Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate materials for corporate meetings - Must be able to creative PowerPoint presentations.
• Maintain the department database
• Distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed
• Back up and assist other team members as needed on projects
• Heavy computer related project work
• Other responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications
• Bachelor?s Degree
• 3 + years of professional administrative experience
• Must have expert level skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a deadline driven environment
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are a must
• Polished and professional demeanor
• Confidentiality
