Client is seeking a dynamic leader to take their current $6M+ / year Networking and communications practice to the next level, possibly 10M. Position will report directly to the President. Practice currently consists of approximately 40 people across two offices (Hauppauge NY and Lincoln Rhode Island. This position will require between 30-40% overnight travel to Rhode Island, evaluate current staff and make adjustments to hire additional staff.

4. Practice Vision, Operations, and Profitability
